DELIVER
01

01 — OUR APPROACH

Professional Services Require a Different Kind of Delivery.

Omni Publisher LLC (“Omni Publisher,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides professional publishing and author-support services, including ghostwriting, editing, proofreading, book formatting, cover design, publishing assistance, audiobook and video services, illustration, marketing support, website services, and related creative or consulting services.

Because Omni Publisher primarily provides professional services rather than standard retail products, delivery generally refers to the completion and provision of agreed services, project materials, files, drafts, and final deliverables.

SERVICE
02

02 — SERVICE DELIVERY

Delivery Begins With the Work We Agree to Complete.

Depending on the service purchased, deliverables may be provided through email, electronic file transfer, client communication channels, online platforms, or other agreed methods.

EMAIL

Project files and communications may be delivered electronically.

FILE TRANSFER

Digital deliverables may be provided through an agreed electronic transfer method.

ONLINE PLATFORMS

Certain project materials may be delivered through relevant online platforms.

AGREED METHODS

Other delivery methods may be used when agreed for the project.

DIGITAL
03

03 — DIGITAL DELIVERABLES

Your Project May Take Many Digital Forms.

Digital deliverables may include, but are not limited to:

01 Manuscripts and edited documents
02 Book formatting files
03 Cover designs
04 Illustrations and graphics
05 Audiobook files
06 Video files
07 Marketing materials
08 Website-related materials
09 Publishing-related documents and files
10 Other project-specific digital materials

Digital deliverables will generally be provided electronically using the delivery method agreed upon for the project.

TIMELINE
04

04 — PROJECT TIMELINES

Every Project Moves at Its Own Pace.

Delivery timelines vary depending on the type, scope, complexity, and requirements of each project.

Where applicable, an estimated timeline will be communicated in the applicable proposal, quotation, invoice, order confirmation, project plan, or written service agreement.

PROJECT SCOPE COMPLEXITY REQUIREMENTS APPROVALS CLIENT FEEDBACK
IMPORTANT NOTE

Some projects may be completed in stages or milestones rather than delivered all at once.

Estimated timelines are subject to the timely receipt of required information, files, approvals, feedback, and other materials from the client.

CLIENT
05

05 — CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

A Smooth Delivery Works Both Ways.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, files, content, approvals, and feedback reasonably required to complete their project.

01 — INFORMATION Provide accurate and complete project information.
02 — FILES Provide required files and content.
03 — FEEDBACK Respond with necessary feedback.
04 — APPROVALS Provide approvals when required.

Delays caused by missing information, delayed responses, revisions requested by the client, changes in project scope, or delayed approvals may affect the estimated delivery timeline.

REVISE
06

06 — REVISIONS & APPROVALS

Refinement Is Part of the Process.

Where revisions are included in a service or project agreement, the applicable revision process and number of included revisions will be based on the agreed scope of work.

INCLUDED REVISIONS

Based on the agreed service scope.

ADDITIONAL REVISIONS

May require additional fees.

SCOPE CHANGES

May extend the project timeline.

Final delivery may require client approval where applicable.

BEYOND
07

07 — THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Some Parts of Publishing Happen Beyond Our Control.

Some publishing-related services may involve third-party platforms, distributors, printers, retailers, hosting providers, or other service providers.

Omni Publisher may assist clients with submissions, setup, preparation, or coordination involving such third parties.

However, delivery timelines, approvals, availability, technical requirements, or decisions made by third-party platforms are outside Omni Publisher’s direct control.

THIRD-PARTY REQUIREMENTS MAY AFFECT THE TIMELINE.
PRINT
08

08 — PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Some Projects Become Something You Can Hold.

Omni Publisher may provide or coordinate physical printed materials or books only when specifically included in the client's order or service agreement.

When physical products are included, applicable production, fulfillment, and shipping details will be communicated as part of the applicable order or project arrangement.

PRINTER CARRIER WEATHER SUPPLY PRODUCTION OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES

Unless specifically stated otherwise, physical product delivery times are estimates and may be affected by printer, carrier, weather, supply, production, or other circumstances outside Omni Publisher’s reasonable control.

DELAYS
09

09 — DELIVERY DELAYS

When Timelines Change, Communication Matters.

Omni Publisher will make reasonable efforts to complete services within the applicable agreed or estimated timeframe.

01 — Client-requested changes
02 — Delayed client approvals or feedback
03 — Missing or incomplete information
04 — Changes to project scope
05 — Third-party platform requirements
06 — Printing or production delays
07 — Technical issues
08 — Service-provider or carrier delays
09 — Events outside our reasonable control

If a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate the situation and provide an updated estimated timeline.

COMPLETE
10

10 — COMPLETION

Completion Is Measured by the Agreed Deliverable.

A service may be considered delivered or completed when the agreed deliverable has been provided to the client or the agreed service milestone has been completed, subject to the applicable project scope and service agreement.

MILESTONE 01 ↓ MILESTONE 02 ↓ MILESTONE 03 ↓ COMPLETED

Where a project consists of multiple milestones, each milestone may be delivered and completed separately.
